I move:
"That for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to prevent the obstruction of legal remedies and to provide additional powers for enforcing the payment of judgment debts and otherwise for the enforcement of law, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of the salaries or remunerations of persons acting as Deputy Under-Sheriffs, of persons employed to carry out the duties of bailiffs as regards the execution of writs, decrees and orders, and of Assistant Under-Sheriffs appointed under such Act; and of any other expenses incurred in carrying such Act into effect."
