asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will facilitate the residents of St. Columba's Terraces, Railway Cottages, Boganfin, and Monksland districts of Athlone, by having letters arriving by the morning mail delivered the same day; if he is aware that a postman passes through those districts with letters for outside areas, and as at present letters for people residing at above localities do not receive same for twenty-four hours after their arrival in Athlone.
