I ask leave to introduce the Companies (Reconstitution of Records) Bill, 1924. It is a Bill to make provision for the reconstitution of the records in the office of the Registrar of Companies relating to certain companies whose records in that office have been destroyed. The destruction took place by reason of the burning of the Custom House on the 25th May, 1921.
