With regard to the State Harbours Bill, which was introduced on Thursday last, the fixing of the Second Reading was postponed. I think the Bill falls within the provisions of Standing Order 52 of the Standing Orders for Private Business, and it will have to go to the Examiner of Private Bills. The Second Stage should be postponed to the 27th June if the Minister agrees.
