I made arrangements with the Minister for Justice to move the following motion in my absence, but I find it convenient to be present. The motion is:
"That the provisions of Standing Order 88 as to the giving of notice for the taking of the Fifth Stage of a Bill be suspended to permit the Fifth Stage of the Railways Bill, 1924, being taken on Friday, 13th June, 1924."
