I presume the Deputy is referring to the recent elevation to the High Court of Mr. Justice Johnston. Mr. Justice Johnston has, with the assent of the Chief Justice, signified his willingness to continue to act as Chairman of the Compensation (Personal Injuries) Committee, and the Government will be glad to avail of the continuance of his services in this matter.
