Chun criche aon Achta a rithfar sa tSiosón so chun a údarú go dtabharfar amach urúsanna i gcásanna fé Alt 15 den Acht um Dhíobháil do Mhaoin (Cúiteamh), 1923, go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go gcuirfí ar an bPrímh-Chiste nó ar a thora fáis muirear colann agus ús na n-urús san agus muirear na gcostaisí fé n-a raghfar chun iad do thabhairt amach. |
That for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to authorise the issue of securities in cases within Section 15 of the Damage to Property (Compensation) Act, 1923, it is expedient to authorise the charge upon the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof the principal and interest of such securities, and of the expenses incurred in connection with the issue thereof. |
I do not think it is necessary to go into the merits of the Motion. The Bill has been before the Dáil, and I think the Minister has explained it. If any Deputy desires to raise any question I will afford him any information at my disposal.
