It is possible that the Minister for Industry and Commerce may be engaged in the Seanad to-morrow dealing with the Report Stage of the Railway Bill. In that event we will go on with the External Affairs Vote, and if the Minister for Industry and Commerce is free, we will then return to this Vote.
