I would like to say that I cannot allow more than an hour for this motion to-morrow. It must be concluded within an hour. If not, I shall have to move that the question be put.
Would it facilitate the Government to have the question put now?

We will resume the Committee to-morrow, after we finish the three items of legislation on the Order Paper.
