I formally move that this Report be received. I think it is customary that I should read it.
1. The Joint Committee met on Tuesday, the 15th July, 1924.
2. The following members were in attendance:—Deputies Thrift (Chairman), D'Alton, Nagle, and Conlan; Senators Love and Jackson.
3. The Joint Committee having considered the Bill and taken evidence thereon decided to report the same without amendment to both Houses.
