Vol. 8 No. 17

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - A SOUTH ARAN ACCOUNT.

asked the Minister for Defence if he has received from Mr. J. O'Donnell, South Aran, an application for payment of accounts of the traders incurred by the Military in the locality during the occupation of the Coastguard Station in the vicinity in May, 1922, and, if so, if he will state what is the reason for the delay in sanctioning payment of same.

I regret that in the absence of the names of the traders concerned it is not practicable readily to trace any application from Mr. O'Donnell. Mr. O'Donnell is being requested to furnish these particulars. I will communicate with the Deputy regarding his question in due course.
