Walsh, Carriganima, Macroom, in respect of the commandeering of a pony and car and the destruction of fences by the National Army in December, 1922, and March, 1923, respectively, and if so, whether he will have same considered at once and payment made.

Claims for £2 in respect of the hire of a pony and trap on the 30th December, 1922, and for £20 in respect of the removal in March, 1923, of stone fences for the purpose of urgent repairs to a bridge, were received from Mr. Walsh. They were discharged on the 21st instant by payments of 10s. and £10, respectively.
