asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether any steps had been taken by the responsible authority to rebuild the burned Courthouses at Dunmanway and Ballineen, Co. Cork, and, if not, whether in view of the need for suitable accommodation in each place, and also of employment, he can indicate when the work will be undertaken.

It does not appear that any steps have been taken to rebuild these Courthouses. The matter could not concern my Department unless there was failure to provide necessary Courthouse accommodation.
