Vol. 9 No. 12

CEISTEANNA.—QUESTIONS. [ORAL ANSWERS.] - REDUCTION OF OLD AGE PENSION.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state why an old age pension granted to Mrs. Sullivan, Church Street, Ennistymon, has been reduced to 1s. per week, and if he will state the income of the pensioner, enumerating the items, and giving the value assessed on each item.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to his previous question concerning Mr. Casey's claim. The same remarks apply in this case.

Mr. HOGAN

One case is a case of age and the other case is a case of reducing the pension, because of means.

Neither of them has come before me on appeal.
