asked the Minister for Finance whether a claim has been received from Jeremiah D. Bernard, Dunmanway, in respect of the loss of a horse, which was run into by a lorry containing R.I.C. at Bandon, Co. Cork, on 2nd November, 1921, and whether any award has yet been made in the case.
