asked the Minister for Defence whether a claim for £23 1s. 0d. has been received from Mr. John O'Shea, The Bridge, Millstreet, Co. Cork, for damages to a trap and harness, his property, damaged in a collision with a military tender on the road between Millstreet and Macroom on September 15th, 1923, and, if so, whether he will arrange for the investigation and settlement of the claim.
