Vol. 10 No. 5

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - NEWBRIDGE TRADER'S CURRAGH PASS.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he is aware that Mrs. E. Wallace, grocer and provision merchant, Eyre Street, Newbridge, has had her traders' pass to the Curragh Camp withdrawn by the Provost Marshal and will not in future be allowed to supply goods ordered by her customers in the camp, and whether he will have enquiries made with a view to the reissuing of her pass, so that she may be enabled to carry on her business.

The trader's pass issued to Mrs. Wallace has been withdrawn because it was found that she had lent it to unauthorised persons to enable them to enter the Curragh Camp. It is not proposed to reissue the pass to her.
