CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - PAYMENT OF WEXFORD DECREES.

asked the Minister for Finance if a decree has been given for £25 in favour of Mr. James Doyle, 4 Grattan Terrace, Gorey, and if he can state when the amount will be paid.

The award referred to by the deputy was duly discharged by the issue of a paying order for the sum of £32 8s. 8d. to the claimant's solicitor on 6th ultimo.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state when a sum of £27 8s. decreed by Judge Drumgoole, will be paid to Mr. Patrick Fortune, The Bungalow, Ferns, Co. Wexford.

A paying order for the amount of this decree, which is for £25 18s. 6d., with £10 13s. costs and expenses will be issued within the next few days.
