The Minister for Lands and Agriculture is away, and I do not propose to take Nos. 8 and 9 on the Orders of the Day. I propose to take No. 10. I do not propose to take No. 4 which was left over. We would not be able to finish it to-night, and I think a measure such as that ought to have a full-sitting discussion and that it ought not to be broken up.
