DAIL IN COMMITTEE. - SUPERANNUATION AND PENSIONS (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1925—FOURTH STAGE.

I move:—

In page 1, before Section 2, to insert a new section as follows:

"Any increase of pension to which a pensioner becomes entitled by virtue of this Act shall take effect and be payable as from the 1st day of April, 1922."

This is the amendment that I agreed with Deputy O'Connell to insert. It is, in fact, in the same words as Deputy O'Connell's.

Question—"That the Bill be received for final consideration"—put and agreed to.
