I will set up a Departmental Committee to consider the questions involved in the continuance with or without modifications of the Increase of Rent and Mortgage Interest (Restrictions) Act, 1923, and when I have received the report of this Committee I will submit a Bill for the consideration of the Dáil.
Does the Minister propose to set up some Committee that may report on what the existing Act was based?
