I am not yet in a position to make the announcement referred to by the Deputy. The terms of reference of the proposed Banking Commission have been fixed, but the personnel is not yet complete. With one exception, replies have been received from those invited to act upon the Committee. When the personnel is complete I will immediately inform the Dáil.
