I move:
In page 1, Section 2 (1), line 23, to delete the words and figures "(No. 2) Act, 1925" and substitute the word and figures "Act, 1926."
The reason for this amendment is that the Act was carried over from 1925 to 1926.

In page 1, Section 2 (2), line 25, to delete all words after the word "and" to the end of the sub-section and substitute the words "those Acts and this Act may be cited together as the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Acts, 1923 to 1926."
The reason for this amendment is just the same as in the case of the last amendment.
