Vol. 14 No. 16

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - GERRARDSTOWN ESTATE (CO. MEATH).

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether he will state for what purpose the Land Commission have acquired the Gerrardstown Estate, at Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, and how many houses it is proposed to erect on the estate, and whether he will state for whom the houses will be erected.

Mr. HOGAN

The lands of Gerrardstown, comprising the resumed holding of Richard John Butler on the estate of Emily Rothwell and others, have been acquired for the relief of congestion. The Commissioners are not in a position at present to state the number of houses which will be built thereon.
