I move:—
Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfar amach ar airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas gach tuarastal a bheidh iníoctha agus gach costas eile fé n-a raghfar fé aon Acht no i bhfeidhmiú aon Achta a rithfar sa tSiosón so chun na hoifigí agus na hoifigigh a bhainfidh leis na Cúirteanna Breithiúnais uile agus fé seach agus le Breithiúin na gCúirteanna san do bhunú agus do regleáil agus chun crícheanna eile a bhaineas leis sin.
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys to be provided by the Oireachtas of all salaries payable and all other expenses incurred under or in the execution of any Act of the present session to establish and regulate the offices and officers to be attached to the several Courts of Justice and the Judges of those Courts and for other purposes connected therewith.
