Vol. 15 No. 7

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ALLOTMENT OF CO. KILDARE ESTATE.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he is aware that John Cassidy, of Downings, Prosperous, Co. Kildare, who has five sons and who tills a considerable portion of his small holding, the remainder being reclaimed land, has not been allotted any of the Bury Estate, adjoining his holding, which has just been divided, with the exception of about sixty acres, with the dwelling-house and garden, and whether he will enquire if a portion of this remaining land can be assigned to this man.

Mr. HOGAN

Inquiries regarding the case referred to are being made but as they are not yet completed, I would ask the Deputy to be good enough to repeat the question in a few days' time.
