I move that the Committee agree with the Seanad in the said amendment.

The Dáil went into Committee.
Seanad amendment.—In Section 24 (2) before paragraph (b) a new paragraph inserted as follows:—
"(b) limit the application of the order to attendance at school for instruction in one or more specified subjects."
Question put and agreed to.
The Dáil went out of Committee.
Agreement with the Seanad amendment reported.
Question—"That the Dáil agrees with the Committee in its report"— put and agreed to.
