asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether the Land Commission had yet acquired the untenanted lands on the estate of John D. Blake, situated at Kilgervin, Miltown, Co. Galway, which had been inspected at the beginning of September, and again at the end of October; and, if not, whether he could say what is the present position of the matter.

The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the acquisition of the lands of Kilgervin, on the estate of John D. Blake, Co. Galway, under the provisions of the Land Act of 1923, and these lauds will shortly be published in a Provisional List of lands which, if not excluded in consequence of a valid objection, will become vested in the Land Commission on the appointed day.
