I move:—
That leave be given by the Dáil to introduce the following additional Estimate for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1927, namely:—
Vote 67 (Purchase and Importation of Fuel during Coal Emergency, 1926).
It was necessary, when the acute shortage of coal arose, for the Minister for Industry and Commerce to take certain steps to procure a supply of coal for the city, and certain liability is falling due on that head for which it will be necessary to have a Vote.
