asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he will state when the Land Commission will be in a position to divide the following lands, namely, Knockaulin (Cornwall Estate), Usk and Milltown (Estate of Mr. James Dixon), Grangebeg (Estate of Mr. George Grange), 70 acres held by Mrs. Dillon in Mooretown, four untenanted farms in Blackhall and Calverstown (William Ashe Estate), and other untenanted lands in the Ballyshannon-Kilcullen area, County Kildare, amongst the congest applicants, whose names were sent in to the Land Commission on the 20th March, 1925.

The question of the relief of congestion in the area referred to is at present the subject of a report which is being considered by the Land Commission, and the acquisition of the necessary lands for the relief of the congestion is also under consideration. At the present stage it is not possible to give definite replies as to the acquisition of the lands referred to by the Deputy.
asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he will state what progress has been made by the Land Commission in acquiring the following lands on the La Touche Estate, near Kilcullen, County Kildare, consisting of eighty-three acres in the townland of Rochestown; two hundred and sixty-two acres in the townland of Harristown; ninety-four acres in the townland of Dunstown; three hundred and forty-two acres in the townland of Carnalway, and two hundred and forty-three acres in the townland of Brannoxtown, for the relief of congestion, and whether he will expedite the acquisition and division of these lands.
The lands referred to have been inspected, and the matter at present is under the consideration of the Land Commission.
