The owner has offered to the Land Commission the lands of Grallagh, comprising 264 acres, in the County of Roscommon, which are subject to Land Purchase annuity, provided he is given in exchange another holding elsewhere in the Midlands, in accordance with the provisions of Section 24 of Land Act, 1923. The Land Commission are endeavouring to arrange the exchange.
