Up to the end of February, 1928, under the provisions of the Land Acts, 1923-27, the total price of tenanted land vested in the Land Commission amounts to £1,172,005 and the total price of untenanted land vested in the Land Commission under the Land Act, 1923, amounts to £2,016,111.
The respective prices of tenanted and untenanted land vested in the Land Commission in County Limerick are £58,265 (tenanted) and £79,230 (untenanted).
It has been estimated that advances amounting to £30,000,000 will be required to complete Land Purchase in Saorstát Eireann under the Land Act, 1923.
