In view of the fact that a motion in reference to the Vote on Account appears on the Order Paper to-day, may I ask when we will have the memorandum of procedure in reference to it?

It is being sent out to-night. It relates to Estimates which cannot be discussed until fourteen days after the circulation of the Book of Estimates which was sent out last Friday.
