Vol. 22 No. 13

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - DALY ESTATE (TIPPERARY).

DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA

asked the Minister for Fisheries whether the Land Commission have decided to acquire the Daly Estate, Thomastown, Tipperary; and, if so, whether he can state when it will be divided.

The Land Commission offer for the purchase of the Daly Estate, comprising an area of 513a. 1r. 29p., has been accepted by the owner. Until the conditions of the proposal have been fulfilled and the statutory notices have expired, the Commissioners will not be in a position to take possession of the lands.

It is not possible at present to state when the lands will be divided.
