Might I ask what does this refer to?
It is simply an order to have the Bill printed. It legalises and gives authority to issue from the Central Fund for the various purposes for which we vote supplementary sums and the Vote on Account. The Bill cannot be proceeded with until the Vote on Account has been passed.
