The question of granting pensions in the cases referred to by the Deputy is under consideration, but, as has been pointed out by the Minister for Finance on more than one occasion, the decision must await the report of the actuarial investigation into the Teachers' Pension Fund. As stated by the Minister for Finance on the 22nd of last month, this report is expected before Whitsuntide.
