WRITTEN ANSWERS. - MARRIAGE ALLOWANCE.
An application for marriage allowance was received from Private Maher in November, 1926. He did not then fulfil certain conditions laid down for the issue of the allowance and consequently his name was not then included on the marriage roll. As the quota of non-commissioned officers and men in respect of whom the allowance is payable is already full, it cannot be stated when the allowance will be granted in Private Maher's case.
