The Commissioners have under consideration the question of making an offer to purchase the lands referred to, and it is expected that the offer will issue very soon.

Is the Minister aware that one of the tenants living on this estate for the past thirty years has got notice to quit and an order has been served upon him to that effect?
I am not aware of that, but I am aware that proceedings have been taken for the acquisition of this land and that everything possible is being done to expedite the matter.
