asked the Minister for Finance whether he has given instructions for the drafting of the Secondary Teachers Pension Bill; and, if so, whether he will consult the Association of teachers before coming to a final conclusion on the terms of the Bill.
Instructions have been given for the preparation of an enabling Bill into which matters of detail will not enter. Any question of consultation with the Association will only arise in connection with the preparation of regulations under the Bill when enacted.
