asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will state what is the position regarding the Colnaha farm, Aughamore, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, which was taken over by the Land Commission some years ago, and whether he will state if the owner, Mrs. K. Waldron, has received any compensation in respect of this farm.

Proceedings were instituted under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923, for the acquisition of the lands of Coolnaha North, owned by Mrs. Nora Waldron. These lands were published in a Provisional List of lands which, if not excluded in consequence of a valid objection, will become vested in the Land Commission on the appointed day.
The price of these lands has been determined, and it is expected that possession of same will be taken at an early date, when the purchase money will be lodged in the Court of the Land Commission for allocation.
