Waterford, when he is alleged to have used insulting and abusive language towards Mr. Hugh McGrath, of Ballyheeny, Clashmore, and, further, whether in the interests of discipline he will insist on a public apology and withdrawal of certain statements made in court under privilege from the said sergeant referring to the character of Miss Torpey, of Clashmore.
