Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Aylmer (County Kildare) Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will instruct the Land Commission to acquire the lands containing 141 acres, 2 roods, 0 perches, in the townland of Rathcoffey South, and 61 acres, 0 roods, 2 perches, in the townland of Danielstown, Aylmer Estate, County Kildare, held by Mr. Maurice McNally, for division amongst the local congest-applicants, a list of whom (31 in number) was furnished to the Department on the 10th December, 1929.

The holding of Maurice McNally, containing 141 acres, 2 roods, 0 perches, in the townland of Rath-coffey South, and 61 acres, 0 roods, 2 perches in the townland of Danielstown on the estate of John W. Aylmer, County Kildare, was retained by the Land Commission on the Appointed Day under Section 28 (6) of the Land Act, 1923, and the question of taking proceedings for its resumption for the relief of congestion is at present under consideration.
