The Land Commission are unable, from the information given by the Deputy, to identify the particular lands to which he refers. Lord Clarina, in connection with the sale of his estate under the Land Act, 1903, purchased the lands of Elm Park Demesne and other lands comprising an area of about 1,387 acres, and of this area he has sold his interest in about 1,270 acres, of which about 420 acres have been acquired by the Land Commission and 650 acres by other parties.
