Auctioneers, Valuers, House and Estate Agents Bill, 1931.

I move:—

Go gcuirtear an Bille um Cheantálaithe, Luachálaithe, agus Gníomhairí Tighe agus Estáit, 1931 chun Có-Choiste den dá Thigh, a hainmneofar do réir forálacha Buan-Ordú 61 (Gnó Príobháideach); go gcuirtear chun an Chó-Choiste gach Achuinge tíolaicfear i gcoinnibh an Bhille um Cheantálaithe, Luachálaithe, agus Gníomhairí Tighe agus Estáit, 1931, trí lá glan roimh an dáta socrófar i gcóir suidhe an Chó-Choiste ar an mBille; go n-éistfear na hAchuingeoirí i gcoinnibh an Bhille i bpearsain no tré n-a nAbhcóidí no tré n-a nGníomhairí; agus go n-éistfear Abhcóidí no Gníomhairí i leith an Bhille.

That the Auctioneers, Valuers, House and Estate Agents Bill, 1931, be referred to a Joint Committee of both Houses, to be nominated in accordance with the provisions of Standing Order 61 (Private Business); that all Petitions against the Auctioneers, Valuers, House and Estate Agents Bill, 1931, presented three clear days before the date fixed for the sitting of the Joint Committee on the Bill, be referred to the Joint Committee; that the Petitioners be heard either personally or by their Counsel or Agents against the Bill; and that Counsel or Agents be heard in support of the Bill.

Ordered accordingly.
