Money Resolution—Unemployment Relief Bill, 1931.

I propose:—

"Chun críche aon Achta rithfear sa tSiosón so chun tuilleadh socruithe do dhéanamh chun fóirithine ar dhíomhaointeas agus ar ghátar, go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go ndéanfar suim £250,000, as an suim a bheidh ina muirear ar an bPrímh-Chiste no ar a thora fáis no iontugtha amach as, de bhuadh fo-ailt (1) d'alt 2 den Roads Act, 1920, sa bhliain airgeadais dar críoch an 31adh lá de Mhárta, 1932, do chur i gcuntas ar leithligh a bhunóidh an tAire Airgid agus a bheidh fé n-a stiúradh in ionad í d'íoc isteach sa Ród-Chiste do réir fo-ailt (3) den alt san.

That for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to make further provision for the relief of unemployment and distress it is expedient to authorise that out of the sum which by virtue of subsection (1) of Section 2 of the Roads Act, 1920, is charged on and issuable out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof in the financial year ending on the 31st day of March, 1932, the sum of £250,000 shall, in lieu of being paid into the Road Fund in accordance with subsection (3) of the said section, be carried to a separate account to be established by and to be under the control of the Minister for Finance."
