asked the Minister for Finance if he will state what is the total sum paid to date towards the provision of bounties on exports from Saorstát Eireann from the Emergency Fund of £2,000,000 voted by the Dáil last year and to inquire what are the individual sums in respect of each class of these exports.

I would refer the Deputy to the reply which I gave on the 24th inst. to a Parliamentary Question by Deputy Dockrell. In that reply I stated that the total amount of bounties paid up to 6th May, 1933, was £1,508,618 13s. 6d. and the whole sums in question was drawn from the Emergency Fund of £2,000,000 voted by the Dáil last year. I understand the Deputy is seeking the further information required in his question from the other Ministers concerned.
