I move:—
Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach, maidir le hAcht ar bith a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun socrú do dhéanamh chun léasanna agus céadúnaisí do dheonadh maidir le himeall trágha is le Saorstát Eireann agus chun na dlí bhaineas le himeall trágha agus le tráigh mhara do leasú go generálta, a údarú go n-íocfaí amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas costaisí ar bith fé n-a raghfar chun an Achta san do chur i bhfeidhm agus is costaisí a ceangalófar leis an Acht san a íoc amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas.
That, as regards any Act of the present Session to make provision for the granting of leases and licences in respect of foreshore belonging to Saorstát Eireann and to amend generally the law relating to foreshore and seashore, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys to be provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses, being expenses which will be required by such Act to be paid out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas, incurred in the execution of such Act.
