asked the Minister for Education whether his attention has been directed to the resolution passed by the Dublin City Council at its meeting on the 6th November on the question of the provision of school books in the primary schools of the city, and whether he is prepared, by the introduction of legislation or otherwise, to facilitate the City Council on the basis of 50 per cent. recoupment should it decide to include an amount for the provision of such books in their estimates for the financial year 1934-5.
