asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state (a) the number of labourers' cottages erected in the Saorstát under the Labourers Acts, between the 1st April, 1922, and the 1st September, 1932, and (b) the number of such cottages erected or approved for erection since the 1st September, 1932.

(a) The number of cottages erected in the Saorstát under the Labourers Acts, between the 1st April, 1922, and the 1st September, 1932, was 346.
(b) The number of these cottages erected since the 1st September, 1932, was 319, the number in course of erection is 1,257, and the number approved for erection is 2,150.
