It is proposed to ask the Dáil to agree with the Seanad amendments.
The following amendments were agreed to:—
1. Section 5. The section deleted.
2. Section 31, sub-section (1). After the word "Síochána" in line 11 the words "not below the rank of Sergeant" inserted.
Agreement with Seanad amendments reported; the Seanad to be notified accordingly.
